Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and deliver enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions supporting intelligence workflows and data collaboration.
- Build, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, lists, libraries, workflows, security groups, permissions, and custom features.
- Develop and customize SharePoint workflows, automated processes, and custom forms to streamline business operations.
- Implement branding, UI/UX customizations, and web development enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSL/XSLT, and CAML.
- Support and extend SharePoint Online capabilities, including integration with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, templates, and modern web parts).
- Leverage PowerShell and the SharePoint module to automate administration, deployments, and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Integrate and support third-party SharePoint applications and add-ons as required.
- Collaborate directly with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and operational artifacts to support long-term sustainability.
- Ensure solutions align with security best practices, including PKI infrastructure and certificate-based authentication.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (or 4 additional years experience)
- 8+ years of related SharePoint development experience.
