The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our Managed Services – ServiceNow Platform Service Line. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure and manage various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Enhance and maintain out of box dashboards for better data visualizations and reporting
Adhere to and promote best practices for change management and system governance.
Develop and deploy custom health dashboards tailored to customers and organizational requirements
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators. • Participate in Agile development process, including sprint planning, review, and daily stand-ups.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Maintain technical documentation related to design, configuration, and implementation.
Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and modules and evaluate their potential benefits.
Ensure security, the best practices and compliance are maintained across the platform.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective ServiceNow Solutions
Skills and Experience
8 years of hands on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
5+ years’ experience with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, Shell including Angular and React libraries.
ServiceNow experience with discovery, service mapping, and configuration management (CMDB)
Familiarity with organizational change management (OCM).
Familiarity with various system development life cycle models and hands-on experience with requirements collection and analysis
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts.
Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
Attention to detail, is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork. Works well with clients and other vendors in achieving mission success and is committed to providing quality products and services.
Strong Communication Skills: be able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders. Must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Education and Experience Requirements
Generally, requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or 11 years of related experience and no degree.
