Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager who is both a strategic leader and an operational expert—someone who understands the critical role of paid search in driving business success and its integration into the broader media landscape. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep channel expertise, operational excellence, financial acumen, and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end paid search operations for Mint Mobile, managing team workflows, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams such as finance, analytics, SEO, creative, and the Mint Mobile commercial team. If you have a proven track record of managing paid search at scale, leading teams (in-house or agency), and driving efficiency through process improvement and automation, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:


Strategic & Channel Leadership

  • Own and refine the paid search strategy, ensuring it ladders up to business goals and complements the broader media mix.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and evolving consumer behaviors to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, analytics, finance, SEO, and content) to ensure paid search is optimized within the overall marketing ecosystem.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead agency team to ensure they are equipped to support high-impact campaign execution.
  • Oversee campaign setup, management, and optimization across multiple platforms, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance executional efficiency and performance tracking.
  • Ensure quality control in bid strategies, creative testing, audience segmentation, and platform management.

Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Own and manage the paid search budget, ensuring optimal investment allocation and financial efficiency.
  • Oversee budget tracking and reconciliation, coordinating with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Develop measurement frameworks in collaboration with analytics teams to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Uncover actionable insights that drive optimizations, innovation, growth, and efficiency within the paid search channel.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the operational hub between paid search and other teams, including SEO, content, creative, and development, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive campaign performance reports, contributing to the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional projects related to automation, data integration, and audience targeting.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7+ years of paid search experience (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing or coordinating paid search campaigns, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, bid strategies, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial efficiency within paid media.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in campaign management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with SEO, creative, analytics, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other measurement tools, and an enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of process optimization and innovation.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $132,960 - $240,000

National Base Pay Range: $110,800 - $200,000

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
