We are currently searching for a Sr Scrum Master:

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement Scrum Master standards, processes, and procedures across the organization.
• Lead large-scale programs, applying formal project management methodologies to manage complex delivery cycles.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and planning to ensure transparent and predictable delivery.
• Manage time, resources, and costs effectively within the framework of large-scale initiatives.
• Drive change management strategies, ensuring scalable transitions and high adoption of Agile practices.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to optimize team velocity and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master working within large, complex programs.
• Deep understanding of project management disciplines, including resource and cost management.
• Expertise in defining Agile standards and procedures for distributed or multi-team environments.
• Strong background in change management, with the ability to lead organizations through scalable transitions.
• Proficiency in tracking metrics related to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage inter-dependencies in a high-pressure environment.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
