Schedule, purchase, and maintain work orders and materials needed for South Plant. Assist in areas needed and track key measures.
YOUR IMPACT
- Drops and Sales Report creation / monitoring daily
- Frame Drilling reports for Commercial units weekly deliverable to outside service provider.
- Paint Sketch parts list creation for Commercial units weekly
- Customer Sales Order (CSO) Window Tags, paint sketches and Cab label printing weekly
- CSO Book building and subs packet creation weekly
- Manage Records retention of CSO books post sales
- Aftermarket Work Order management
- Miscellaneous Work Order creation / monitoring
- Mail delivery within South Plant
- Continuous improvement projects that support of the Scheduling Roadmap/South Plant Facility
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Three plus years of related work experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems
Pay Range:
$44,500.00 - $68,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
