Robert Bosch LLC seeks Sr SAP Business Process Consultant (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1 Tower Lane, Suite 3100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Responsible for identifying new processes and aligning them with SAP S/4HANA and One MA SAP ERP templates. Plan and moderate FIT/GAP workshops to identify process and technical gaps, including potential savings, by comparing current and future business requirements with SAP S/4HANA and One MA templates. Recommend changes to SAP S/4HANA and MA processes to meet division-specific requirements. Ensure seamless transition of existing processes to the new environment and assess improvement opportunities. Align newly identified process and technical gaps with relevant departments and the global governance team for approval and prioritization. Configure processes according to Bosch guidelines, conduct integration testing, and obtain user acceptance. Train key users and support the preparation of training documentation. Define roles and responsibilities to implement the authorization concept per Bosch guidelines. Support legacy data migration during Go-live and plan the cutover strategy with business heads. Provide post-Go-live support. Stay updated on SAP offerings, updates, and developments. Ensure process consistency and reusability across MA systems and regions. Prevent unnecessary process variances in SAP S/4HANA and avoid implementing redundant IT solutions. Work closely with regional process delegates to promote standardization and harmonization of IT solutions for Source to Pay processes. Communicate business process changes to Organization Change Management (OCM) for organizational alignment. Evaluate industry standards and recommend system design changes to the One MA-NA template to meet business needs. Analyze evolving system capabilities and work with key users to implement processes. Propose business process and system enhancements for continuous improvement. Prepare functional designs and specifications for identified process gaps and configure/enhance solutions per Bosch guidelines. Participate in solution concept design, realization, integration testing, defect resolution, data migration, and cutover planning. Ensure process alignment across modules and perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements. Provide expert consulting and support on new implementations and existing IT solutions. Resolve incidents and problems in MA applications to maintain business continuity. Contribute to meetings following PEP and QMM guidelines defined by Bosch and ensure adherence to PEP methodologies during template rollouts. Manage migration templates and data uploads in the MA-NA IT landscape to support integration testing and production preparation. Define the cutover strategy with key users and the migration factory. Manage functional and integration testing of end-to-end business processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a SAP Lead Consultant, SAP System Analyst or occupation involving SAP Source to Pay and Extended Warehouse Management. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Participation in one or more SAP implementation projects; (2) Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse operations domain; (3) SAP S4Hana Sourcing and Procurement; (4) SAP S4Hana Extended Warehouse Management system; (5) Quality Management, Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling; and (6) Automobile manufacturing industries. Telecommuting: Hybrid –2 pays per week/work from home permitted. Wage Range: $126,755.00 to $130,000.00 per year.
