Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Specialist - Onsite

The Sr Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing customer journeys and data integration management with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These journeys will be personalized, data-driven marketing experiences that drive customer engagement and portfolio retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder, incorporating triggers, decision splits, and dynamic content.
• Create and manage data extensions, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and data integrity.
• Build and automate campaigns using Automation Studio to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer journeys with broader marketing strategies.
• Monitor journey performance and optimize based on KPIs such as engagement rates and conversion metrics.
• Develop and implement data integration workflows to ensure seamless synchronization with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to journeys, data extensions, and automations, providing timely resolutions.
• Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and Marketing Cloud Personalization as well as relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and customer journey mapping.
• Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
• High degree of business acumen; strong technical aptitude.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
