Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configurations.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like SLDS.
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing settings, and data modelling.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers.
- Create and optimize Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience.
- Frontend Development
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for web and mobile platforms.
- Backend Development
- Develop robust backend solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems through APIs, middleware, and custom integrations.
- Design scalable data models and manage Salesforce object relationships.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for solutions developed
- Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Debug and resolve issues in existing solutions and integrations.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory). Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
