The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute
- Lead and guide Salesforce architecture strategies, making informed decisions on the optional use of declarative solutions, middleware, and custom code to ensure scalable and efficient implementations.
- Perform hands-on analysis, technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, development, unit and integration testing, debugging, documentation, deployment/migration, updates, maintenance and support related to Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely resolution of production defects and issues.
- Partner with multiple cross-department business stakeholders and internal IT colleagues to drive the execution of process and system improvements leveraging enterprise-wide cloud-based applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems, primarily using Oracle Integration Cloud, including but not limited to Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS, Workday and Snowflake.
- Plan, implement, and execute software testing processes as well as build automated test scripts.
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining Salesforce system governance by upholding industry best practices in system management, security protocols and event monitoring.
- Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
- Follow and support established processes for enhancements and change requests, as well as recommend and enforce coding standards.
- Prepare and document technical designs and conduct code reviews and checkpoint meetings as needed.
- Contribute to comprehensive documentation of new features and maintain accuracy by updating existing documentation.
- Effectively communicate within the technical team and with business partners.
- Collaborate in designing and implementing a robust data architecture framework for CRM Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and optimized data flow.
What We’re Seeking
- Extensive experience with Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Community Cloud and Conga/CLM.
- Strong knowledge of SFDC Lightening, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in Informatica and Oracle Integration Cloud external applications.
- Knowledge of other Web Based technologies/languages: JSON, XML, JavaScript, WSDL, SOAP and REST.
- Possess strong technical, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity, a passion for learning, and the capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related disciplines or relevant experience in software architecture, design, development and testing.
- Oracle CPQ, Workday, Pardot (MCAE) and/or Oracle EBS experience is a plus.
- Preferred experience with GitHub and Snowflake.
- Workday Studio and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience is advantageous.
