Summary of the Job:

 

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of designated systems applications and their supporting infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The specialist works collaboratively with stakeholders to implement enhancements, provide technical support, and develop reporting solutions that meet business objectives.

About This Role:

 

  • Maintain, install, and configure system application and supporting infrastructure to meet business objectives. 
  • Monitor, patch and deploy changes on the application and supporting infrastructure.
  • Testing and facilitating end user business testing on application functions and upgrades.
  • Performance, reliability, and maintenance of assigned applications(s) including completion of upgrades and implementations
  • Work closely with capability owner, business units, and third-party vendors in order to lead system enhancements
  • Performs escalation support and issue resolution through research across multiple systems and data
  • Provide input into the application roadmap for further improvement and development as an expert on the assigned applications
  • Analyze new data requests and create recommendations for the development of new system reporting.
  • Seeks opportunity to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve Enterprise processes and systems.
  • Provides metrics and other documentation to support analysis and findings.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains reports.
  • Coordinate, track and respond to data needs and requests from business unit
  • Identify, develop, and recommend training opportunities that meet and support end user needs.
  • Lead assigned team projects, contribute to agile team ceremonies, and assists team members in decision making, planning and execution.
  • Lead requirements analysis with stakeholders ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, concise, and comprehensive.
  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring others with less experience on the team
  • Collaborates with peers to develop best practices as well as iterative continuous improvement ideas and recommendations in support of driving business value and reducing technical debt
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations as applicable to your job duties.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on application training and certifications.
  • 24/7 critical incident response is required

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other technology related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology environment
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Experience working with third-party vendors (vendor hosted and on premise)
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder’s needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions
  • Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills in order to debug and troubleshoot issues
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
  • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Desired:

  • nCino support, configuration, and maintenance experience
  • Salesforce Admin and/or Platform Developer certified
  • Understanding of banking Commercial lending process or other LOS applications
  • Experience with monitoring tools (i.e. Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog)

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $89,828.00-$148,215.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
