Primary Responsibilities:
Build and own a comprehensive sales manager enablement roadmap aligned to company growth objectives, commercial priorities, manager competency models, and skills gap analyses
Partner with commercial leadership to identify the sales management moments where upskilling drives the highest impact, including team coaching, pipeline inspection, forecasting, deal strategy, performance conversations, and talent development
Develop playbooks, talk tracks, coaching guides, and manager frameworks specific to sales leadership motions such as opportunity reviews, territory planning, rep development, inspection routines, and accountability conversations
Facilitate live, virtual, and asynchronous training sessions including workshops, role-play exercises, call review sessions, and cohort-based learning programs
Coach Sales Managers through team meetings, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, performance conversations, and escalation scenarios using real-world examples and structured feedback frameworks
Run onboarding and ongoing development programs for new and tenured Sales Managers, ensuring ramp-to-effectiveness benchmarks are met within defined timelines
Lead enablement sessions for Sales Managers focused on coaching skills, performance management, pipeline and forecast discipline, data inspection, meeting rhythms, and leading through change
Create and maintain a centralized, easy-to-navigate enablement library including playbooks, competitive battle cards, value frameworks, and training videos .
Develop certification programs that recognize and validate skill attainment across core sales management competencies, including coaching, inspection, forecasting, commercial acumen, and performance leadership
Work with Revenue Operations to ensure enablement programs are informed by data and tied to measurable business outcomes
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to originate a creative and innovative approach to sales training needs, using latest technology and approaches to adult learning.
Proven ability to be a self-starter, goal oriented, comfortable with a changing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work as a team member required.
Excellent presentation (platform) skills.
Ability to effectively work in groups, prepare and give relevant, targeted presentations to large and small audiences, and train clients on how to navigate online services.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone for extended periods of time.
Ability to utilize effective selling skills.
Detail oriented, organized, efficient and professional.
Demonstrated ability to display confidence in difficult and diverse situations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Access (tables, queries, reports), MS Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, formatting), PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to travel within the United States as needed or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2+ years of sales training or sales management experience with demonstrated success in a related environment
At least 7+ years’ successful professional sales experience in a related environment.
Demonstrated experience creating training programs preferred.
Compensation Range:
$123,000.00-$154,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
