Job Description
工作职责:
- 负责指定区域或重点客户的营收目标,积极挖掘新业务机会,持续拓展销售增长。
- 与大型研究机构、制药公司、工业实验室等战略客户建立并维护长期合作关系,确保客户对公司产品及服务保持高度满意。
- 深入理解公司产品组合(如色谱、质谱、光谱等),根据客户需求提供专业的技术解决方案和应用支持,协调内外部资源推动方案落地。
- 跟踪行业趋势与客户需求变化,识别潜在业务机会,制定并执行重点客户战略计划,推动客户价值持续提升。
- 与市场、服务、应用支持及全球团队紧密协作,快速响应客户需求,高效解决复杂问题,共同推动业务目标达成。
- 负责销售流程全流程管理,包括线索挖掘、商务谈判到合同签订。
岗位要求:
- 相关科学领域(如生物化学、生物科学、化学、分析化学、食品科学或相关学科)的学士或硕士学位。
- 至少3-5年重点客户管理或销售经验,最好是在分析仪器、生命科学或诊断行业。
- 在达成销售目标和管理大型战略客户方面有可靠的业绩记录。
- 具有色谱、质谱、光谱或相关实验室消耗品经验者优先。
- 具有较强的分析和商业导向。了解制药、生物技术、环境分析或食品安全等领域的实验室工作流程和客户应用。
- 以客户为中心,具有强大的驱动力和精力。
- 优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力。
- 良好的团队合作精神,具备基本的IT技能。
- 能够在充满活力、不断进步的环境中工作,并解决广泛的问题。
