In details, you will:
- Perform sales and marketing duties in order to execute approved business plans, exercising judgement within defined practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate input to S&OP, KPI, PLM, and CRM functionalities, in order to continue increasing business efficiency, implement stakeholder feedback for each to upgrade function/ performance (DOS).
- Perform budgeting, forecasting and coordinating regulatory follow-up in area.
- Build assigned area into a broader, multi-product/solutions and customer focused territory, conduct quarterly product and species review to improve local customer focused solutions, and provide feedback to marketing and technical services team.
- Assist in the definition and implementation of CSR activities that extend company brand beyond the local statutory obligations, and support activities and programs that improve quality of life of local communities and society at large while meeting corporate objectives.
- Adhere to the company management principles, company compliance policies and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.
Travel Frequencies: over 50% with Hybrid working mode.
Qualifications Required from Potential Candidates:
- University degree in science or business and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Good understanding of livestock, animal nutrition, feed industries with specific knowledge of the animal nutrition business.
- Proven sales, marketing and general multicultural business knowledge to solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Strong understanding of business activities and drivers in assigned area to effectively determine market opportunities.
- Interpersonal & Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Multi language skills for good understanding of the different cultures and clear communication with customers and employees.
- Fluent in local language and English
