You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work within the West Coast territory, on a remote schedule. We are actively considering candidates within the Central and Pacific Times Zones (CT & PT)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience in utility, oil, gas, or manufacturing preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $171,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive eligible. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years of public safety subject matter expertise (preferably Fire, Medic, Dispatch).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with public safety technologies (radio, CAD, fire station alerting).
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to U.S.-based events; regular on-site customer visits.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with US Digital Designs offerings and/or similar offerings.
  • 3-5 years of sales or sales-related experience.
  • Experience with government procurement processes.
  • Experience with productivity software (Google, Microsoft Office).
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with low-voltage system design and proposal generation (AutoCAD, Visio, D-Tools, etc.).
  • Strong and independent organizational skills.
