Corporate Traffic Logistics is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. In this key role, you will drive revenue growth by cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and collaborating with our in-house brokers to deliver customized logistics solutions that exceed our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in the freight brokerage and logistics industry.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams and strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs through effective pipeline management and sales planning.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum of Business-to-Business Sales experience.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and develop creative, cost-effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
