Supports daily less-than-truckload freight operations by quoting, booking, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments. Communicates with carriers, customers, brokers, and internal teams; resolves service issues; reviews freight classifications and documentation; maintains shipment records in transportation management systems; and assists with pricing, carrier selection, billing disputes, discrepancies, and accessorial charges.

Manage freight shipments from booking through delivery, coordinating customers, shippers, receivers, and carriers. Source and negotiate with carriers, track shipments, provide updates, resolve delays and exceptions, verify documentation, maintain accurate TMS records, and ensure safety and compliance standards. The role also supports billing discrepancy resolution and customized transportation solutions while maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships.

Drive new business, build and grow a personal book of logistics accounts, manage customer relationships, solve freight and logistics problems, and independently deliver sales results. Manage and monitor west-coast shipments during Pacific business hours, acting as primary contact for customers, carriers, and drivers. Troubleshoot transportation issues, maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems, coordinate with teams for seamless freight execution, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Serve as primary after-hours contact for carriers, drivers, and customers; monitor and track shipments for on-time delivery; book/post next-day freight and manage recoveries; update internal systems with real-time status; proactively resolve transit issues and escalate when needed; maintain records, ensure compliance, and coordinate handoffs with day operations.
