We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Recruiter (Contract) to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our sales organization by hiring top talent across the DACH region. This is a contract position, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with business leaders to build best-in-class sales teams. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
You Will:
Full-cycle recruitment for sales and go-to-market roles across DACH region
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source, engage, and assess top sales talent using a mix of outbound search, networking, and tools
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while driving hiring efficiency and speed
Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations in the DACH region
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the DACH talent market
You Have:
5+ years of recruitment experience in the tech industry, with a strong focus on sales hiring
Fluency in German and English is required
A strong understanding of the DACH market, with prior experience hiring in the region
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering great talent
Contract Duration: 3-6 months, with potential to extend
