We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Reputation.com. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in optimizing sales operations and driving efficiency across our global teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting account allocation, improving sales processes, developing key metrics, and assisting with Salesforce administration among other duties. Working closely with sales representatives, leadership, and various departments, this role demands a proactive approach to enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Allocation Support: Assist in aligning sales representatives with accounts based on compensation plans and designated territories.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and support enhancements to key sales processes to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Feedback Implementation: Collaborate with sales teams to refine sales processes and structures.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Assist in developing and distributing key metrics, providing insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Salesforce Administration Support: Test fixes, propose new features and functions, collaborate with the Salesforce administration & business operations team to make sure implementations achieve goals.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with various departments to optimize workflows and tool utilization.
  • Technology Management: Assist in overseeing and evaluating sales technologies, ensuring effective integration and usage.
  • Data Quality Management: Assist in auditing and resolving data issues, maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Performance Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for improving performance in sales & related functions.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: BA/BS degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data sets and presenting actionable insights.
  • Technical Expertise: Must have advanced Excel skills. Experience manipulating datasets & designing dashboards in both Domo & Salesforce, as well as basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and development is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and fast learner, capable of adjusting to changing environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple departments.
  • Interest in Sales and Technology: Keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.
