  • Reach and exceed individual business development goals while contributing to overall team goals, strategy, and culture.
  • Provide world class customer service to drive revenue growth with existing Large Customer portfolio.
  • Have full responsibility for winning a target list of major new business prospects.
  • Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands, brand agencies & retailers.
  • Secure in person meetings for existing and new partners within your regional book of business.
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with media agencies where required.
  • Champion new products, solutions, and network expansion opportunities externally to the market.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams.
  • Identify and understand trends within the Retail Media industry, i.e. what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Account Strategist team members to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce and own both new & existing programming opportunities across multiple products. 
  • Hit or exceed quarterly revenue target.
  • Occasionally attend major industry events, award ceremonies, to represent Criteo and build out our partner network.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience; specifically focused on sponsored product, onsite/offsite display, and retailer media networks.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships in the CPG grocery categories a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Results driven with strong track record of driving net-new business.
  • Established relationships with key contacts in Retail Media industry.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills, and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels.
  • Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service.
  • Passionate about new media and how Criteo’s platform and products can shape the online advertising industry.
  • Understand how advertising technology works and the ability to explain in everyday terms to a client. i.e. demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry.
  • Ability to persuade executive level management of Criteo’s value proposition and position solutions that are consultative and personalized based on client needs.
  • Comfortable working and adapting at a fast-moving company and in an evolving industry.
  • Knowledge of competing products, networks, and platforms a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage your time against concurrent business priorities.
  • Comfortable with 25% travel

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,000 - $125,700
