YOUR MISSION

In this role you will be part of the Regions Team at Glovo Italy, working closely with the Head of Region and Account Management Team.

THE JOURNEY

  • Scout and build and a prospect portfolio from scratch and negotiate with the best local restaurants in your city to deliver it to our customers
  • Lead from the front in closing deals, on-boarding them and ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to account management for your city’s partners
  • Meet monthly objectives as defined by the Head of Region
  • Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Head of Region and Account Management Team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least, 3 years of experience in high-performance sales dealing with complex deals and senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong communication abilities with capacity to influence and drive change
  • Autonomy, proactivity and problem solving is a must!
  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills in assessing partner’s business data
  • Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
  • Business awareness and understanding of the food delivery industry trends is preferred
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
