The Senior Sales Executive is primarily responsible for promoting and selling Lalamove’s products and services to businesses focused on Outbound 2w/4W business.
What you'll do:
- Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts.
- Assist to develop new business opportunities: Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
- Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund.
- Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
- Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports.

What you'll need:
- Education: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to sales or entrepreneurship
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Sales experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, FMCG, Wholesale or Retail preferred
- Tech-savvy is a plus
