Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Sales Execution will play a crucial role in synthesizing data to create impactful sell stories that convey sales execution performance and opportunities. This role will provide actionable analysis on key sales metrics such as volume, distribution, space and Shopper-First Shelf. These metrics are essential for Constellation Brands Beer Division achieving overarching performance goals.

This role will be reliable and creative in synthesizing and building stories with data at both the national level for leadership review as well as customizable reports for local team review.

The Analyst will also develop and communicate effective presentations to a broad audience of sales leadership on a bi-weekly basis for our Sales Execution Calls. They will be a main point of contact for our Sales Execution Incentive, a year-long incentive engaging all sales leadership and space teams.

This position will provide ongoing support & collaboration with other departments on strategic needs for the Beer Sales Team as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Expert at building sell stories and reporting for beer sales related to all sales execution metrics:
    • Build robust reporting for Space and SFS program execution. Update quarterly national sell stories for Space Teams and leadership with program ROI and structured, creative ways to measure successes.
    • Manage distributor and market data collection with Chain Teams for updated metrics for SFS sell stories
    • Create reporting for local sell stories for Space and local Leadership Teams
    • Own creation of National holiday sell stories using Circana, IQ & BI data. Create template and Circana reporting to be easily replicated at the local level
    • Quarterly sell stories for all sales execution metrics: share, space, SFS, distribution, etc.
    • Quarterly Sales Recap & Outlooks for senior sales leadership
  • Present to senior leadership teams bi-weekly in the Sales Execution Call. Create and speak to Volume & Distribution updates in a professional manner to top sales leaders in the company
  • Manage Sales Execution Incentive: create, validate and send scorecards; manage communication, trip planning & execution
  • Evolve Volume and Distribution tracking tools to support optimal KPI updates for sales team
  • Provides ongoing support & collaboration with other departments on strategic needs for the Beer Sales Team, such as the CP pricing test scorecard.
  • Manage Launchpad playbooks with Analyst

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required, with emphasis in data analysis and modeling
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a strategic planning or reporting role within consumer package goods industry strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IRI, IQ and BI required
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, preferably has practical experience with PowerBI
  • Strong attention to detail and results-orientation, with the ability to consistently meet commitments and deadlines
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or create large datasets and models
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
  • Some domestic travel required (5-10%).

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be able to travel by plane or train for long distance.
  • Must be able to work in a professional corporate office environment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear.
  • Must have close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision.
  • Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.

The salary range for this role is:

$79,800.00 - $167,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
