The RoleAspen Technology has an immediate need for a Sales Enablement Manager who has a proven track record of sales and/or Sales enablement. At an exciting time to join the Team, the role has geographical responsibility for supporting sales transformation efforts and driving increases in sales productivity across the UK, Europe and MEA Regions. This position will be located from AspenTech’s regional headquarters in Reading, UK, delivered through a mixture of office and remote-based working.
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, the Sr Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align and execute on our sales enablement strategy, ensuring enablement objectives and priorities are delivered across the sales organization.
The Sr Sales Enablement Manager will help to design, implement, deliver, and manage programs and training in alignment with corporate and regional goals to accelerate sales productivity and to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competency of sales personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales enablement programs and training in a fast moving, results oriented environment.

Your Impact

  • Manage the sales enablement program for our UK, Europe and MEA Sales Regions, in alignment with corporate and local goals, objectives, and priorities.
  • Champion Sales transformation through effective communication and change management.
  • Own, implement and manage the sales on-boarding program across these sales Regions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales leaders/Managers/ Account Managers/ Solution Consulting , Product Marketing, Product Management & HR Talent Management, to align on sales needs & levere subject matter experts to deliver relevant enablement activities.
  • Manage local training records, metrics, and reports.
  • Develop and deliver curriculum and training to sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop, deliver, and manage additional Sales Enablement projects and initiatives as required.
  • Foster a learning environment that focuses on development, productivity & retention of our sales teams.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years in a Sales, Sales Training, and/or Sales Enablement positions.
  • 3-5 years of front-line sales experience required.
  • Results oriented individual, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Able to manage complex projects.
  • Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills.
  • Organized, prepared, efficient, focused, and with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs and multiple priorities.
  • Proven skills explaining, implementing, and driving adoption of sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Solution selling and/or Sprint selling a benefit.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Seismic a benefit.
  • Does everything possible to achieve results, consistently meets or exceeds expectations, builds commitment in others for individual and team objectives, leads efforts to increase productivity and goal accomplishment.
  • Some travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
