Role Overview:

NETGEAR is seeking a transformative and strategic Senior Sales Director, Enterprise Networking to lead the next phase of growth within our U.S. commercial and enterprise networking business.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a transformation agenda that unites SASE security, upgraded cloud-managed networking, and simplified SME architectures.

This senior leader will play a critical role in modernizing the sales engine, developing a scalable partner ecosystem, and building the systems and structures required for accelerated growth. Recruiting MSPs and Systems Integrators, will be paramount to this leader’s success and thus experience and success in this area is highly desired.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in business transformation, thrives in early-stage growth environments, and brings the strategic patience and operational discipline needed to build high-performance organizations from the ground up. While transformational leadership is essential, this role equally demands a leader who leads from the front—engaging deeply in the field, with partners, and alongside the team.

This leader will oversee field and inside sales, sales specialists and MSP and DMR partnerships —driving a cohesive and scalable go-to-market strategy for enterprise networking across the United States. In addition, this leader will have dotted line leadership with the US systems engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales organization rooted in accountability, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain strong sales talent across field sales, inside sales, and partner management.

  • Expand and activate a robust partner ecosystem, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), VARs, resellers, and distribution partners.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.

Enterprise Networking & GTM Strategy

  • Own and execute the U.S. enterprise networking go-to-market strategy, driving growth across all commercial segments.

  • Align cross-functional teams—including marketing, operations, finance, and systems engineering—to ensure unified execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead quarterly business planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic account prioritization.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape long-term commercial strategy.

Sales Engine Modernization

  • Establish a next-gen coverage model leveraging field, inside and specialized sellers.

  • Establish scalable sales processes, workflows, KPIs, CRM discipline, and partner engagement systems.

  • Drive operational excellence across field sales, DMR business, and channel sales transformation.

Revenue Growth & Partner Development

  • Manage and grow revenue across enterprise networking, DMR, and channel-led business.

  • Build strategic proposals, negotiate large agreements, and support key customer engagements.

  • Strengthen relationships with MSPs, VARs, resellers, distributors, and other strategic partners to expand NETGEAR’s presence in the enterprise networking market.

  • Champion customer education, partner enablement, and adoption of NETGEAR networking solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in networking, SaaS, IT infrastructure, or adjacent B2B technology sectors.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales transformations and build high-performance teams.

  • Strong understanding of the networking channel ecosystem, MSP models, and enterprise/commercial buyer needs.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Proven experience implementing scalable processes and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Physical Requirements:

  • Travel up to 40% for customer engagement, partner meetings, trade shows, team leadership, and strategic field activity.
