Sales Developmentチームは、営業組織の最前線で新たなビジネス機会を創出し、Snowflakeの成長を加速させる重要な役割を担っています。AEと密に連携しながら担当アカウントへの戦略的なアウトリーチを行い、質の高い商談機会の創出、新規パイプラインの構築、そしてマーケティング起点のリードフォローアップを通じて、営業活動の起点をつくるポジションです。

Senior Sales Development Representativeには、単なる初期接点の創出にとどまらず、ターゲット企業や意思決定者の理解を深め、アカウント戦略に基づいたアプローチを自律的に実行し、AEや関係部門と連携しながら成果につなげていくことが期待されます。変化の速い市場環境の中で、Snowflakeの価値を的確に届け、顧客との新しい対話を生み出すことが求められます。

The Impact You will Make
  • 担当アカウントに対して戦略的なアウトリーチを行い、新規商談機会の創出をリードする。

  • 見込み顧客のビジネス課題や組織構造を理解し、適切なペルソナにアプローチして質の高いミーティングを設定する。

  • AEと連携し、Cap1 SQOやCapN Use Caseに繋がる新規パイプライン創出を推進する。

  • Marketingから引き継がれるMQLに対して迅速かつ効果的にフォローアップし、商談化につなげる。

  • Salesforce、Sales Engagementツール、各種データソースを活用し、継続的にアクティビティの質と生産性を改善する。

  • ターゲットアカウントごとの仮説立て、優先順位付け、メッセージングの最適化を行い、再現性のある成果創出モデルを構築する。

  • AE、Marketing、Partner、Solution Engineeringを含むクロスファンクショナルな連携を通じて、One Teamで顧客接点を拡大する。

  • チーム内でのベストプラクティス共有や後輩メンバーへのナレッジ展開を通じて、Sales Development組織全体のレベルアップに貢献する。

Who You Are
  • SaaSまたはエンタープライズソフトウェア業界において、Sales Development、Inside Sales、Business Development、またはそれに準ずる顧客開拓業務の経験をお持ちの方。

  • 複数のステークホルダーが関与する法人営業環境において、新規案件創出やパイプライン構築に携わった実績をお持ちの方。

  • ターゲット企業の調査、アカウントプランニング、仮説構築をもとに、戦略的なアウトリーチを行える方。

  • 電話、メール、LinkedInなど複数チャネルを活用し、見込み顧客との接点を創出できる優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。

  • AEやMarketingなど社内関係者と連携しながら、スピード感を持って成果創出に取り組める方。

  • 数値目標にコミットし、活動量だけでなく質にもこだわりながら継続的に改善できる方。

  • CRMやSales Engagementツールを活用し、パイプラインやアクティビティを適切に管理できる方。

  • 日本語に堪能であり、英語での業務遂行に抵抗のない方。

  • 社内外問わず適切に連携し、周囲を巻き込みながら成果を最大化できるOne Teamマインドセットをお持ちの方。

Skills Required

  • Experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record generating pipeline and qualified meetings in complex B2B sales environments.
  • Skilled at researching accounts, account planning, hypothesis-building, and designing outreach strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive results.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, CRM, and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and activities.
  • Metrics-driven, highly organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in Japanese and comfortable working in English.
  • Ability to share best practices and mentor junior team members.
