Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of commissions using CIQ or spreadsheets, including calculating and validating monthly commission payments based on Sales Compensation plan provisions.
- Collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance and Sales Management to timely resolve sales compensation issues.
- Payroll Accruals & Processing: Perform monthly sales compensation accruals and work closely with the Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and payouts.
- Create, validate, and audit monthly reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of commission crediting and payout results.
- Extract, transform, and analyse data from Salesforce, Snowflake and CIQ for compensation processing and audit support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve calculation or data errors within CIQ, Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Support training to Sales teams around Compensation-related processes, procedures, and program details.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide ongoing support to proactively assist business in making informed management decisions.
- Serve as a go-to expert for questions and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and maintain efficiency while meeting critical deadlines.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience & minimum of 3+ years in sales compensation and analysis, month-end accrual and close processes, and reporting activities.
- Experience using CIQ Incentive platform, Salesforce, Snowflake.
- Experience in Implementation of Commission Plans in any Incentive Platform.
- Proficient with Advanced Excel, SQL experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
