Overview:
The Senior Relationship Manager (Sr RM) Corporate, GNI is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of complex corporate client relationships, focusing on generating revenue and providing comprehensive financial solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including those with national and international operations, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships, increase wallet share, and achieve revenue goals.
Present and cross-sell a full range of Texas Capital Bank's products and services, including commercial lending, treasury management, capital markets, and wealth management.
Source and acquire new corporate client relationships through proactive prospecting, networking, and referral generation.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for credit proposals, preparing comprehensive credit memorandums and presenting to credit committees.
Negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other financial products, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position Texas Capital Bank's offerings.
Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and other internal partners to deliver seamless client service and integrated solutions.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management, with a proven track record of successful client acquisition and portfolio growth.
Strong understanding of complex commercial lending structures, treasury management products, and other corporate banking services.
Excellent credit analysis skills with the ability to assess financial statements, identify risks, and structure appropriate credit solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant banking software.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices within the banking industry.
