The Business Processes & Tooling Team is part of the Business Operations and Steering unit. The team is the "Engine of Commercial Growth" for ZMS, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the end-to-end "Opportunity-to-Cash" infrastructure. We bridge the gap between Commercial Strategy and Technical Execution, ensuring that every system interaction—from opening an opportunity in Salesforce to collecting cash in SAP—is seamlessly integrated, commercially logical, and widely adopted.
While our CRM Consultants build the frontend and our Systems Managers build the technical pipes, the Revenue Operations function acts as the "Data Guardian." We are looking for a Senior Manager who will own the integrity of the data flowing through those pipes, ensuring that our commercial logic is sound, our revenue is secured, and our billing processes are automated and audit-proof.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)You have end-to-end responsibility for the data integrity of the Contract-to-Cash value chain, acting as the primary bridge between our Commercial Sales organization and the Central Finance/Accounting departments.
You define and monitor the complex reconciliation logic that translates a marketing campaign (in AdManager) into a billable financial record (in SAP), ensuring 100% accuracy between "Booked Revenue" and "Billed Revenue."
You proactively monitor the data flow to identify "revenue leakage" or process breaks, performing root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and collaborating with Tech and BI teams to implement permanent system fixes.
You act as the lead investigator when financial discrepancies arise, tracing data errors back to the source—whether it’s a user error in the Partner Wallet or a logic flaw in the integration—and driving the resolution.
You collaborate directly with the Business Systems Manager to design scalable, automated checks that replace manual invoice verifications, moving the organization from reactive error-fixing to proactive error-prevention.
You translate complex commercial deals (e.g., new rebate structures, tiered pricing) into clear data requirements for our billing systems to ensure new business models can be monetized immediately.
You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field and have relevant > 5 years working experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or Sales Operations, ideally within a digital media or SaaS environment.
You balance a strong financial mindset with technical affinity; you understand how an insertion order in a CRM translates into a General Ledger entry in an ERP system.
You have a proven track record of Revenue Assurance, having successfully managed high-volume billing complexity and reduced revenue leakage through process improvements.
You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in SQL (to query data discrepancies independently) and Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP systems is a must.
You have a "detective mindset" with an obsessive attention to detail, capable of spotting logical inconsistencies in large datasets that others might miss.
You are an excellent communicator who can explain complex billing logic to sales leaders and technical data constraints to finance teams, acting as a translator between the two worlds.
Your hands-on mentality and drive for automation enable you to challenge the status quo, transforming manual back-office tasks into scalable, system-driven workflows.
