Sr. Research Engineer
We are looking for a Research Engineer to join our Tel Aviv team where we are breaking new ground in the applied research of understanding human-to-human conversations.
The work is both analytical and experimental in nature. It includes development and prototyping of new algorithms and evaluating their performance on extensive and large data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop algorithms for speech recognition and natural language processing enterprise software applications

Train ML models for speech recognition, natural langauge processing and other potential ML tasks
-
Work with latest large language models
-
Work cloesly with development teams to bring ML services to production
Minimum Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, or equivalent
-
In-depth knowledge of machine learning, speech recognition, natural language processing and/or deep learning
-
Practical development knowledge using Python, Pytorch or Tensorflow.

At least 5 years of professional experience in similar role. Excellent master graduates will also be considered

Experience developing statistical based data mining commercial solutions is a major plus

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Highly organized and self-motivated, and demonstrated leadership traits.

Ability to work well alone and as part of a distributed multicultural team.

Strong communication and writing skills.
