Leads hands-on innovation, design, prototyping, testing, verification, validation, manufacturability, and commercial transfer of interventional neurovascular and vascular medical devices. Collaborates with marketing, clinical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and contract manufacturing teams to define requirements, develop CAD designs, conduct preclinical testing, validate manufacturing equipment and processes, and improve production efficiency, yield, quality, and reliability.

Leads technical projects for neurovascular and vascular medical devices, including product innovation, design improvements, prototyping, manufacturability, value improvement, regulatory compliance, and quality-system adherence. Evaluates product performance and customer needs, guides cross-functional development teams, establishes engineering best practices, and mentors R&D engineers.

Manage the medical device product pipeline by defining user needs, evaluating market and customer requirements, shaping product enhancements and new opportunities, and prioritizing the product roadmap. Develop value propositions, sales training materials, launch plans, forecasts, and product documentation. Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, sales, and R&D teams, train healthcare personnel, monitor competitive offerings, and communicate project progress and risks. Travel 30–40%.

Architect and build Imperative Care’s modern semantic data platform, knowledge graph, and enterprise AI foundation. Develop production generative AI agents, RAG solutions, intelligent workflows, and system integrations. Establish data governance, security, lineage, quality, and stewardship controls for a regulated environment. Enable self-service analytics and reporting while partnering with business, technology, vendors, and managed-service providers. Serve as an AI thought leader, drive adoption, and contribute to hiring and mentoring as capabilities expand.

Lead a team to deliver and support commercial IT systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics), translate commercial strategy into technology roadmaps, drive digital transformation (automation, analytics, AI), manage vendor relationships, budgets, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement to boost revenue and operational efficiency.

Lead procurement and planning operations including supplier relationships, demand planning, budgeting, and materials management. Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, KPI programs, continuous improvement, and team development to ensure quality, service, and regulatory alignment from development through commercial release.

The Sr Software Engineer will design and implement software applications and algorithms for robotic systems, ensuring reliability and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a medical context.

Lead commercial analytics, reporting, and decision support for Sales. Build dashboards, forecast models, and BI solutions (Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Snowflake). Provide executive insights, territory and quota analytics, pipeline and performance analysis, and mentor analysts while ensuring data governance and cross-functional alignment.

Design, implement, and test hard real-time algorithms, state machines, and application logic for a robotic medical platform. Develop C++/Python production code on Linux and RTOS, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to testing and simulation environments, participate in design reviews, and ensure safety-critical software quality.

The Staff Software Test Engineer designs and executes test procedures for robotic medical software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
