The Sr Supplier Quality Engineer leads quality engineering support across medical device development and supplier performance improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving supplier quality enhancements.

Lead a team to deliver and support commercial IT systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics), translate commercial strategy into technology roadmaps, drive digital transformation (automation, analytics, AI), manage vendor relationships, budgets, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement to boost revenue and operational efficiency.

Lead procurement and planning operations including supplier relationships, demand planning, budgeting, and materials management. Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, KPI programs, continuous improvement, and team development to ensure quality, service, and regulatory alignment from development through commercial release.

Lead design and development of endovascular/neurovascular products through concept, prototyping, verification/validation, and manufacturability assessments. Build catheter/controller prototypes, author drawings and test protocols, perform design control activities, risk analyses (FMEAs, Hazards), verification testing, and support design validation to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.

Lead and support lifecycle management of endovascular products, including design development, verification/validation, manufacturability assessments, prototyping, requirements/specifications, and testing. Investigate field issues and perform root-cause analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally, engage suppliers and manufacturing partners, refine designs from market feedback, and support commercialization, training, and supporting materials.

The Sr Software Engineer will design and implement software applications and algorithms for robotic systems, ensuring reliability and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a medical context.

Lead preparation and review of public company SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), manage technical accounting (leases, revenue, ASC 718, business combinations), oversee stock-based compensation reporting, support month/quarter close and SOX compliance, coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams, and maintain disclosure controls and accounting documentation.

The Sr Cost Accountant will manage inventory and cost accounting, ensuring accuracy and implementing process improvements while collaborating with various teams for better visibility into costs and margins.

Lead the quality assurance function for robotics medical devices: build and maintain the QMS, ensure compliance with FDA and international standards, define regulatory strategy, oversee verification/validation and supplier quality, and grow/manage the QA team to support product transfer to manufacturing and commercial launch.

Lead commercial analytics, reporting, and decision support for Sales. Build dashboards, forecast models, and BI solutions (Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Snowflake). The Staff Software Test Engineer designs and executes test procedures for robotic medical software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.

Lead sterilization, microbiology and biocompatibility quality activities across product development and manufacturing. Develop and execute quality plans, risk management, validations, supplier qualifications and audits. Oversee testing labs, analyze results, manage CAPAs/NCMRs, prepare regulatory submissions, and provide training and QA system compliance for medical device products.
