Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at Dexcom, where we are dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent to drive our mission of empowering people to take control of their health. Where you come in:

  • You collaborate with hiring managers to outline job requirements.

  • You identify the best recruiting channels to find and engage passive talent.

  • You will enhance the company's image to potential candidates and external partners.

  • You build and maintain a network to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • You pre-screen resumes and assess the effectiveness of digital candidate evaluation tools.

  • You document the candidate evaluation and interview processes.

  • You assist hiring managers in negotiating and finalizing new hire compensation packages.

  • You identify the best recruiting channels to find and engage passive talent, utilizing LinkedIn to advertise positions and enhance the company's branding.

  • You take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What makes you successful:

  • You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. 

  • Your strong sourcing ability within an ATS, LinkedIn, social media networks, job boards, etc., allows you to source both passive and active candidates. 

  • You have corporate recruiting experience in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries (preferred but not required). 

  • You collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

  • You partner with internal Talent Sourcing teams to identify and attract top talent through various channels. 

  • You drive positive hiring outcomes by ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives. 

  • You facilitate regular meetings with HR Business Partners to discuss hiring progress, challenges, and solutions. 

  • You're adept at leveraging data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to HR Business Partners and sourcing teams. 

  • You ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by driving the process with key stakeholders by coordinating efforts between HR, sourcing teams, and hiring managers  

  • You develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. 

  • You mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.

Experience and Education Requirements:   

  •  Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience

Salary:

$87,000.00 - $145,000.00
