Job Description:

Who You'll Work With

At BW Design Group, you'll collaborate with experienced leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to solve complex challenges for some of the world's leading companies. You'll join a growing team of more than 1,500 professionals across 45 U.S. offices where you'll be empowered to make an impact, develop your expertise, and grow your career.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll connect recruiting strategy to the growth of BW Design Group's Regulatory Compliance business. You'll partner with cluster leads, directors, and other business leaders to anticipate talent needs and build pipelines aligned with upcoming projects and client demand. Your work will span experienced-level hiring, staff augmentation, and project-based or fixed-term opportunities, helping the business secure the talent needed to deliver its work. You'll have the opportunity to shape sourcing priorities and bring talent-market insights into workforce planning.

  • Recruit specialized, experienced-level Regulatory Compliance talent across multiple regions to support hiring and business growth
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to Regulatory Compliance leaders, translating business growth plans, proposals, and anticipated project awards into proactive talent strategies
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill skill sets before requisitions open
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies by region, discipline, candidate availability, and employment preference
  • Identify candidates for staff augmentation, project-based, and fixed-term assignments to address changing client needs
  • Maintain candidate relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up as future opportunities develop
  • Use validation and CQV talent-market insights to advise leaders on candidate availability, compensation expectations, geographic constraints, and competitive hiring trends
  • Consult with leaders to clarify technical hiring needs, challenge unrealistic profiles, and recommend full-time, project-based, or staff augmentation approaches aligned with business demand
  • Communicate search progress, pipeline health, risks, and next steps through regular updates and business discussions
  • Provide quarterly talent-market insights and recommended focus areas to inform recruiting and workforce planning

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in the Regulatory Compliance space, including recruiting validation engineers and commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) professionals across multiple locations
  • Working knowledge of validation and CQV terminology sufficient to discuss candidates’ project experience and distinguish commissioning, qualification, and validation backgrounds
  • Experience partnering with Regulatory Compliance hiring leaders to define technical recruiting requirements and match validation and CQV candidates to project scope, location, and availability needs
