Burq started with an ambitious mission: how can we turn the complex process of offering delivery into a simple turnkey solution.
We started with building the largest network of delivery networks, partnering with some of the biggest delivery companies. We then made it extremely easy for businesses to plug into our network and start offering delivery to their customers. Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing:
Duties:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Use Tanstack query, useContext, Tailwind CSS, and modular CSS for styling and state management
- Refactor and optimize existing codebases for improved performance
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth feature delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups)
- Ensure high-quality code through Git version control and peer code reviews
- Solve complex problems while maintaining strong communication and teamwork
- 3 to 5 years of experience in frontend development
- Expertise in React, React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Familiar with useContext, Tanstack query, Tailwind CSS, and modular CSS
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Passion for writing clean, efficient code and optimizing performance
