How You'll Make an Impact- Design and refine inspection processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Develop gauges and fixtures to prevent quality failures and support precision manufacturing.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.
- Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate quality initiatives.
- Review specifications and purchase orders for quality requirements.
- Provide technical advice on specialized QA technologies.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to quality control.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D Problem-Solving methodology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus.
