Responsibilities- Lead and support quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with Honeywell and industry quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures according to ISO9001
- Maintain the ISO9001 Certification, host the external audits and lead the internal audits.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering roles within manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards applicable to the industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
