Job Description:
- Implement Quality Management Systems.
- Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback.
- Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts
- Inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspection, line claims, and RMAs.
- Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products.
- Review the accuracy of suppliers’ SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring.
- Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
- Analyze quality data and prepare quality report.
- Support customer and internal manufacturing audits.
- Willing to work in a flexible environment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
- Minute five years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a Semiconductor or related Industry.
- Good knowledge and experience in:
- Semiconductor manufacturing processes and controls from IQA, assembly, testing, to warehouse and shipping.
- Good knowledge and experience in 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plan, Why-Why Analysis, and 8D
problem solving.
- Applicable standards to semiconductor industry
