Hybrid/In-office remote position. 0% international and domestic travel is required for this position. The position is a hybrid role that allows for work from home and work from the office on a rotational schedule.

Salary:                                      $122,117.00/year

Hours:                                      Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


Summary of Duties:


  • Provides Quality Assurance expertise across the entire software development lifecycle and performs software testing function.
  • Responsible for following procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
  • Leads software application development and/or enhancement projects, exercising exceptional judgment and creativity in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions, and escalating only the more unusual and/or unique software program/application development issues when necessary.
  • Coordinates with the QA Director or QA Manager to implement quality assurance and testing strategies for HSTM software development efforts and processes.
  • Enforces adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with team members to implement and sustain sprint level automated regression test script development.
  • Facilitates the implementation and adherence to standardized and custom performance testing methodologies.
  • Leads department level meetings and quality initiatives.
  • Participates in efforts to identify, evaluate, hire, and onboard candidates for open department positions.
  • Evaluates new tools, technologies, and methodologies to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:   

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science (any), Life Science (any), Physical Science (any), or a related field of study AND Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with: API testing and Web Application Testing; API Test Tools – At least two of the following: SoapUI, Postman, Locust, or JMeter; Using test management/defect tracking tools, as well as requirements management tools; Managing QA efforts while following Agile development methodology; Automation frameworks (Selenium); and C# or Java.
