We are looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to analyze business requirements, perform testing, and develop automation scripts to validate software quality. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and prepare corresponding test cases and test data
- Perform manual and automation testing to validate software functionality and quality
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Java Selenium
- Identify suitable test cases for automation and ensure timely execution of automation suites
- Log, track, and report defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure closure
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and share test execution reports and summaries
- Work independently to manage assigned modules and deliver quality results within timelines
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
What You’ll Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science or related field).
- Total Experience: Around 5 years, including
- Manual Testing: Minimum 2–3 years
- Automation Testing (Java Selenium): Minimum 2 years
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience in defect management and test case management tools
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
