Under direct supervision, the Sr Quality Assurance Analyst carries out established procedures to ensure programs/projects meet minimum company standards and end user requirements. Under general direction, the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst carries out procedures to ensure that IT products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements. The incumbent conducts thoroughly quality assurance tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. As the third level in the Quality Assurance job stream, the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst provides functional guidance to less experienced team members.
Technologies you have experience with:- Experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
- Experience in Quality Assurance leadership to lead testing efforts of applications in Salesforce.
- Experience working with client facing digital portals built in Salesforce Communities.
- Experience with Functional and End to End testing with integration to multiple systems.
- Create test strategies for various projects.
- Plan system and user acceptance testing.
- Execute system and user acceptance testing according to plans.
- Coordinate and manage resolution of problems encountered in testing for medium-to- large size projects, working with developers and analysts.
- Create and maintain test case documentation, recording problems encountered during testing.
- Conducting walk-throughs of testing documentation for medium-to-large projects.
- Participate in verifications of implementations.
- Perform workflow analysis of testing procedures and recommend quality improvements.
- Certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with at least 5 years' relevant systems testing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of insurance principles and practices.
- Experience in QA automation using Playwright/ Selenium tool.
- Working experience in JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence tools.
- Worked in Agile environments.
- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.

- Rotational on-call schedule may be required, with shifts during evenings and weekends.

Expected salary/hourly range $72,847 - $121,411
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
Skills Required
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
