JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Analyst plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence by evaluating processes, uncovering inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable, data-driven improvements. Partnering closely with teams across the organization, this role applies Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce costs, strengthen quality, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.

JOB DUTIES


  • Leads advanced analysis efforts across the organization, identifying systemic trends and translating complex data into strategic improvement plans.
  • Owns the development, implementation, and governance of quality assurance standards and continuous improvement frameworks. Champions initiatives that deliver measurable operational gains.
  • Designs enterprise-level dashboards and reporting structures to provide senior leadership with actionable quality intelligence.
  • Directs high-visibility reviews into quality incidents, leads root cause analysis using structured methodologies, and oversees the implementation and effectiveness of corrective action plans.
  • Acts as a trusted quality partner to department leaders, facilitating alignment on quality goals and driving resolution of complex, cross-functional issues.
  • Develops and delivers training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Facilitates workshops and improvement events to build organizational capability.
  • Helps develop change management strategies to support smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
  • Leads internal audits, oversees quality review programs, and ensures organizational compliance with quality standards.
     

EXPERIENCE

  • Requires minimum 5 years job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
  • Requires strong communication and presentation skills
  • Requires strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable plans
  • Requires proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI, and experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Requires excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Prefer experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operations analysis
  • Prefer understanding of the electricity industry

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree : Engineering, Computer Science. Business, Accounting, Auditing or related field (Required)
  • or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required

CERTIFICATION

  • Six Sigma (Preferred)
  • ASQ (American Society for Quality) (Preferred)

Expected Salary Range:

$102,000 - $140,000
