Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection checklists for high‑rise projects.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10–12+ years of QA/QC experience in large contracting firms within the UAE.
- Extensive experience on high‑rise construction projects.
- Professional certifications such as QA/QC Engineer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE building codes, civil works specifications, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site under demanding schedules and conditions.
