Mission and Goals:

As a Sr. Software QA Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, involving backend, web, iOS and Android.

Objectives:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our cross-platform product available on web, iOS, and Android.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android applications.

• Design, develop, document and support the test automation framework

• Conduct manual and automated testing, including regression, functional, and usability testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android VPN App testing.

• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Appium.

• Knowledge of Python.

• Strong understanding of operating system ecosystems.

• Proficiency in writing clear and effective test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
