Job Summary
Test Automation Engineer (Selenium Web Driver & C#)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, Develop, Execute and Maintain Automated Scripts for Selenium Web Driver and C# as Binding Language.
- Communicate test results in a clear and automated manner as the frequency defined in the Project
- Run Regression, Build Verification Tests & Smoke Test as required by the Project Stakeholders
- Collaborate with development, product management and delivery teams throughout the SDLC and STLC
- Work as an individual contributor on quality assurance teams in support of project and on-going product release efforts
- Contribute for process improvement with automation expertise
- Raising risks to management with respect to quality and schedule of the release
- Collaborate with other functional teams (Development, Product, Architecture, DBA and DevOps)
- Adherence to all Project defined processes.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter and willing to work independently, and learn & contribute consistently
- Creative problem-solving ability, allowing the individual to identify solid solutions to challenging business issues
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required
- 5+ years hands-on QA automation experience with Selenium Web Driver & C#
- Strong knowledge of QA engineering best practices and common pitfalls
- Experience in implementing or modifying functional automated test framework
Mortgage or consumer loan servicing knowledge is a plus
