Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems, standards, and procedures across the full product lifecycle, serving as a technical expert and compliance leader to ensure that manufacturing and production processes consistently meet internal quality expectations and external regulatory requirements for global distribution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and inspection standards for receiving, in-process, and final products while ensuring alignment with internal policies and customer requirements (30%).

  • Plan, execute, and monitor compliance with regulatory and industry standards (GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma), leading audits and supporting documentation for customer, program, and regulatory submissions (20%).

  • Develop and refine inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for processes, equipment, and finished goods to ensure precision, reliability, and consistent performance (20%).

  • Analyze production data, nonconformance trends, and quality reports to drive root cause investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives (20%).

  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, provide technical support to production and inspection personnel, and mentor junior quality staff to strengthen organizational quality culture (10%).

Representative Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance or compliance roles

  • Demonstrated success designing and maintaining quality systems in manufacturing environments

  • Deep expertise in quality standards, root-cause analysis, CAPA processes, and documentation practices

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks (GLP, GMP, ISO, etc.)

  • Proven ability to lead audits, resolve nonconformances, and develop effective inspection methods

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer interactions

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, regulated environment with competing priorities

  • Commitment to mentoring, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality and compliance
