Wellmark, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Provider/HCM Software Engineer based out of our office at 1331 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50309. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position is responsible for leadership and oversight of high-level systems analysis and the implementation of high- performing, cost-effective software solutions. Duties include configuration management of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); leading the execution of technology initiatives with a unified approach; and providing advanced technical support to stakeholders under the principles of the assigned methodology
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field;
36 months of experience in job offered or related or similar data science, software engineering, computer engineering occupation; and
1. 3 yrs. data warehousing/ETL exp. with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS);
2. 3 yrs. program experience with each of the following: Python 2.0 or higher, SQL, and NoSQL; and
3. 1 year experience in at least 3 of the following technologies: AWS, Azure, PL/SQL, Data Quality, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Informatica Power Exchange, ODS and CRM.
