The Sr. Proposal Engineer is responsible for managing the bid process, from understanding client requirements to submitting final tenders. This includes preparing techno-commercial offers, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

- Prepare bid forecasts and cost estimates in alignment with the overall bid budget.
- Act as the primary
point of contact between clients and the internal Bid Team for all
bid-related communications and operations.
- Communications with all internal and external stakeholders are well planned and executed.
- Setup and manage an appropriate bid document repository.
- Project Manage
the bid process from identifying initial opportunity through to submission of final tender to
contract signature.
- Work with the Bid Support Manager to forecast and plan.
- Work with the Sales Lead and Bid team in preparing client presentations.
- Prepare techno -commercial offers and quotations based on client enquiries,
in coordination with the Head of Business Development and Sales.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including assistance
in client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to marketing and communication (MARCOM) activities and lead generation.
- Independently handle customer communication,
including clarifying requirements and negotiating technical and commercial terms.
- Engage with existing and past customers to identify
new business opportunities and generate fresh leads.
Skills Required
