  • Prepare bid forecasts and cost estimates in alignment with the overall bid budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal Bid Team for all bid-related communications and operations.
  • Communications with all internal and external stakeholders are well planned and executed.
  • Setup and manage an appropriate bid document repository.
  • Project Manage the bid process from identifying initial opportunity through to submission of final tender to contract signature.
  • Work with the Bid Support Manager to forecast and plan.
  • Work with the Sales Lead and Bid team in preparing client presentations.
  • Prepare techno -commercial offers and quotations based on client enquiries, in coordination with the Head of Business Development and Sales.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including assistance in client meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to marketing and communication (MARCOM) activities and lead generation.
  • Independently handle customer communication, including clarifying requirements and negotiating technical and commercial terms.
  • Engage with existing and past customers to identify new business opportunities and generate fresh leads.



Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Instrumentation & Control systems and electrical systems
