Job Title: Sr. Project & Reporting Manager, Transformation Office

Job Description:
The Transformation Office is seeking a Sr. Project & Reporting Manager with strong, hands-on business analysis capabilities to assist with the overall reporting and data insights strategy for the key strategic initiatives under the TO’s management. This person will have the opportunity to drive high impact, high visibility projects that involve multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is curious and passionate about understanding the ‘why’ and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement. This role requires an individual who anticipates and understands how to get things done through influence, leveraging their communication, leadership and collaboration skills. Additionally, a successful person in this role will be adept at identifying opportunities for improvement, providing solutions that drive business results in a simple and efficient manner. It is imperative that this person is flexible, can work in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities and is never satisfied with the status quote.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analysis on the Transformation Office portfolio, understand resource allocation, program metrics, and use this information to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., finance, technology, product, HR, etc.) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with stakeholders and executive teams
- Define business requirements, align with stakeholders on outcomes and ensure successful delivery of projects
- Lead the build out of the Transformation Office’s Smartsheet portfolio tooling and reporting
- Help the flow of communication focused on reinforcement of the team’s mission, strategy, culture and progress and employee engagement
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with stakeholders and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
- Drive key projects as required by the Chief Transformation Officer
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Program or project management experience
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
- Extensive experience with data visualization and tools, i.e. Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerQuery
- Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce
- 4-7 years professional work experience in a related role
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree, such as an MBA preferred
The base salary for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
