Sr Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. In this role, you will lead complex end-to-end WMS projects for large enterprise clients across various industries, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality and business objectives. Experience working with large Logistic Service Providers (LSP’s) is required and experience in other industry verticals such as, Manufacturing or Distribution, is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead full lifecycle delivery of Blue Yonder WMS projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication.

· Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, scope, risks, resources, and deliverables.

· Collaborate with internal consultants, technical teams, and customer teams to ensure alignment and solution fit.

· Manage change control processes, mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.

· Ensure compliance with project governance standards and methodologies.

· Drive customer satisfaction and long-term value through successful project outcomes.

· Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development when required.

Required Qualifications:

· 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Blue Yonder WMS implementations.

· Strong understanding of WMS functionality, supply chain processes, and logistics operations.

· Experience in delivering large-scale and complex, Cloud based enterprise applications.

· Experience in leading enterprise-level integration projects using various API management platforms, integration architecture and integration methodologies

· Experience with automation, robotics, or complex warehouse environments.

· Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployments or upgrades.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams.

· Proven track record with exceptional follow-through and excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills

· Willingness to travel as needed (typically 25–50%, depending on project phase and location).

· Experience managing 3rd parties as part of a project

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of adjacent Blue Yonder modules (e.g., TMS, OMS, Platform).

· Previous consulting or vendor-side implementation experience.

· Experience of using the following software tools: Smartsheet, SharePoint, JIRA, Salesforce, Blue Yonder Sales and & Operation Planning

· Hands-on experience with BY solutions is a plus with full Project P&L experience
