We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and execute non-technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, organizing, and implementing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to achieve objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, goals, and key performance indicators in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Monitor progress and manage changes to project scope or timelines effectively.
• Foster clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct regular meetings to track project status, resolve roadblocks, and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including project reports and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in non-technical industries such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, or HR of more than 15+ yrs .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets or Trello.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
