Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Riverside, CA.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

 

 

The incumbent of this position will:

  • Manage all facets of pre-construction, bid & award, construction to close out of all assigned projects.
  • Work on reporting
  • Manage budgets and schedules
  • Manage daily activities
  • Furniture-Fixtures-Equipment coordination
  • Resolve complex planning, design, and project-related issues, disputes and disagreements
  • Coordinate with agencies having jurisdictions
  • Implement project or program policy guidelines and procedures; suggest improvements and implement approved changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of related experience and/or education.

Preferred requirements:

CA educational experience / DSA
